Dubbing Theatre / Recording Studio
The cinema basement is home to a high spec dubbing theatre and recording studio utilising Nuendo controlled by our Yamaha DM2000. For recording voice we have one of the only Sony C800G valve mics in the country that's paired up to an Avalon 737sp valve preamp.
We have a fantastic collection of musical instruments including a top of the range Mesa/Boogie Roadking Valve guitar amp, an original 1968 Hammond RT3 Organ complete with Leslie speaker, drums, percussion, keyboards and Tom Lawes' vintage guitar collection.

HD Edit Suit
Moving pictures are handled by our realtime HD edit suits running Premiere and After Effects. The high spec 12GB, i7 based 64 bit PC rips through HD video and makes editing a breeze. For grading we use Da Vinci Resolve running on a 24GB duel Xeon PC hooked up to a Tangent Element Control Surface.
Production Kit
We currently use RED Cameras including a Red One and Scarlet fitted with Zeiss CP2 primes. We also use a Sony EX1 for event filming alongside a Canon 5d and 7d for smaller projects. Backing up the camera systems we have a 4m jib and dolly, a 1m glidetrack, multiple lighting solutions including LED panels, redheads, Dedo lights, softboxes and led par cans.
Digital Theatre
Finally when the project is complete we can export the footage to any medium from YouTube to a Digital Cinema Package for playback on our high end Christie CP2000 ZX 2k projector. We can also create DCP packages for national cinema distribution at a surprisingly low cost.
